Repeating Patterns

We often develop patterns in our childhood through modelling and listening to the people around us.  These patterns can be helpful or unhelpful to our adult lives.  It is not as hard as you think to change a pattern you learned in childhood – you just need to go through the same process you did to learn them in the first place!
